How often do i have to re-apply?

I use this for my mother who's 91 with arthritis pain. It works pretty well for her takes the edge off. I only apply twice a day morning and evening before bed. Hope this helps.

Can anyone compare this to biofreeze spray?

I think Aleve spray provides more pain relief

Yes this is an aerosol spray and is very cold on dispersal. It also comes in rollerball and lotion form if you don't like aerosols.

Works quickly, super easy to apply

Easy to use just shake the can and spray. You can even spray your back which is usually a very hard place to apply pain relief.

Great Product…. but Not Without Some Issues

PROS: I’ve had knee surgery, and this stuff is the ONLY thing that worked for me instantly, especially when I would try to sleep at night. When I would spray this on the hurting area, it would instantly stop the pain, and I’d drift onback to sleep. CONS: 1) It does have a terrible smell so if you use it during the day, just know you will smell like a nursing home patient! 2) On many cans I’ve had, after I’ve used it a few times, the nozzle stops up and the spray will NOT come out…. then I’ve waisted my money:-(((CONCLUSION: Because of the pain after my surgery… and this being something that instantly relieves the pain (especially when trying to sleep)…. I continued to purchase this Aleave Spray. It was WORTH all the other issues just to get the relief.
