Absolutely the best thermal paste on the market. It is a bit pricey don't get me wrong but I lost about three to four Celsius underload with the same cooler that says a lot in itself.

Combined with thermal pad at surrounding memory chips of laptop gpu and vrm of laptop cpu. Thermal paste thin layer at cpu core and laptop gpu core. Only do if experienced. 14 year old laptop is doing 3 gigaherz again.
