These work very well for me. I trust Bronson supplements and have used them in the past. I am taking this specifically for anxiety and stress, and sleep. I've been taking one in the morning and once at night. In the daytime I can tell a difference in my stress levels and at night coupled with magnesium it's a great combo for helping my mind and body relax. I definitely get to sleep faster than normal. Its not a cure all but it definitely works for me and I haven't experienced any negative side effects though it does make me a little sleepy for a bit after I take the one in the morning. It's worth it to me for the calmness though.

I take these at night and my sleep has improved. I wake up feeling so good.

Really good for taking the edge off after a hard day of work, I got these recommended by a friend and feel they work well without making me overly tired. It helps with relaxing, but make sure to take them after work or towards the end of the day because you can feel slightly drowsy from how I reacted to them!Overall, really good!

After some research on how to decrease my cortisol, I decided to try Ashwagandha and purchased this product for the reasonable price and large caps count per bottle, and I was not disappointed. I am no longer trapped in fight or flight mode and my stress and adrenaline levels have dropped almost completely. I take 2 in the morning before work and I don't feel overly tired or dopey and so far I haven't noticed any unexpected side effects. There is no wierd taste or smell and the caps go down easy, great product.

Ok doesn’t work

This is one of several Bronson supplements I take and they definitely offer a quality product. I take two pills each evening with my vitamin regimen. I’ve been taking these for roughly two months and I am feeling much calmer and have been sleeping better. I’ve taken Ashwagandha before as a recommendation from a nutritionist but I definitely feel a difference in my mood with this one. I have a lot of stress in my life and feel anxious often. (I know this supplement isn’t for everyone and you should absolutely talk to your doctor. If Ashwagandha in general makes you feel more anxious then you may want to ask if the GABA supplement is better for you). Everyone is different, so there’s no perfect fit for all.For me, I will be continuing to take this brand and supplement. I am feeling so much better these past couple months, and have not been waking up in the middle of the night with my stomach in knots and my head spinning. With that alone, it’s absolutely worth every cent. The cost is great on this one too, a 3-month supply with taking two pills daily and there isn’t any after taste. So if your’e looking for some peace and would like to wake up a little more energized, I recommend giving them a try.
