Works well, makes pouring easier
This vented faucet works well for my Hedpack. It pours smoothly without glugging, and the vent makes the flow much easier to control. It fits securely and doesn’t leak, which is exactly what I needed for dispensing liquids during my DIY product making.

Works great on Rotopax with some modding
Works great on the Rotopax. As other reviewers have said. Cut off the “wings”. Slip the Rotopax gasket washer over the spigot part that goes up next to the tank. Boil the spigot to make plastic soft. Slip the red part out of spigot. Slide the Rotopax lid over the spigot part. It will contort the plastic a bit. Slip the red part back in. Place back in boiling water for a few seconds. Then place immediately in ice water to “seal up” things. Easy peasy. $28 saved. No leaks on mine.

Great fit for rotopax with a little work
Bought it to fit a rotopax water jug and it works great. Cutting the wings, warming it in boiling water then fitting it through the cap, and using the white o-ring to seal. It doesn’t leak but I’m not sure if I’d trust it to hold my critical water supply on long rocky trails so I keep it in upright position for travel. Found a cheap plastic toothbrush keeper to act as a dust cover as well.

Smooth flow.
I used these on 40 gal drums of floor cleaner and they didn't leak and had good flow, no girgles.

works fine but be warned...
This faucet worked fine and I had no problems with leaks. As others have said however, you have to drill out the center of the existing cap to use this. Luckily I have a drill press but you'd run the risk of messing up the threads if you tried to cut it out by hand. Probably something that should be noted in the description.
