WET n WILD ColorIcon Eye Liner - White 656A

I bought this about a month ago. It took some trial and error, but I have figured out that it is best used on the lower water line being careful not to smear it on the lashes in order to create a brightening effect for the eyes. Overall I believe that if yo want to try something subtly different than this is a nice cheap eyeliner that is quite good quality

Only eyeliner I have EVER found to stay on my lower waterline.
