Great tasting and thick shake, easy to mix - and filling too, nothing not to like. Other reviews comment the tub is only half full, it is, but is the correct weight so makes the 10 portions it states on the tub, could the tub be a little smaller, yes but does it matter, no.

I have purchased PHD Smart Bars and was pleased with them as cutting sugar is key to loosing weight. I have tried this product and was getting a severe sore stomach and gut an hour after taking. However I was taking a high caffeine product apart from Smart PHD to my own stupidity did not read that it also contained caffeine. It could just have been me but there is side effects from protein shakes mainly bloating and sore guts. It has a big easy to use scoop and there is no spilling the product outwith the container when levelling the 2 big scoops. On taste it was not bad. Size well you wont miss it in my kitchen. At its current price £18 plus it is very good value. Depending how much you usualy eat in the morning. Remember one thing I used the smart bars as a treat when dieting and the secret to loosing weight is cutting sugar out your diet. You can loose that sweet tooth after 3 days and Smart Products did help me definite.

ok, I suppose, not as nice as the strawberry one, but ok. Not as thick as well, so not sure if it's a batch or just changed amount of ingredients

Really tasty start to the day. The chocolate cereal flavour is really nice and fills me up ready for a good workout. Nice boost of protein and essentials :)

The container for this item was more than twice the amount needed for its content

This is a really good meal replacement protein shake.I have always been sceptical regarding meal replacement shakes,but this shake changed my mind.It is pretty easy to mix this meal replacement protein shake.The instructions are saying to mix 2 scoops x 30g each with 350ml water,but I personally mix it with milk.Normally most protein shakes are a bit too liquid and I normally mix them with a bit less liquid than on the instructions.I did try to mix this with only 300ml of milk and it does mix well,but the shake is too thick to drink it and I had to add milk to make it easier to drink.With 350ml milk it is pretty thick liquid as well and not the easiest to drink ,but still a lot easier that with less than 350ml.After a full glass 350ml meal replacement protein shake I feel full for few hours and there is no need to look around for any kind of snack before lunch.The last 15-20 minutes before lunch you feel really hungry to the point that it is not just for a snack.After a week with this meal replacement protein shake for breakfast and also I am having lunch and dinner around the same time every day ,my body has got into routine and I don't need that much food every time I eat.This is a really good way to lose weight if that's what you are looking for.The taste is really like chocolate cereal milk and I really like it.This 600g tub is normally for 10 serving ,which is good for 2 people to have a quick breakfast before work for 5 working days.In some cases there might be an additional serving left in the tub,which might be just because of my way of measuring,but I did have 1 extra.Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

I use PhD protiens a lot because there is quality to them and this goes on the same list. The flavour is nice and the quality is good.The reason why I put two stars however, is the pack shows you a big tub but when you get the protein tub there is very little inside, it finishes in a couple of days. It's very kisleading because you pay for the protien and rhers all you get, never getting this particular product again. I'm not wasting money on things that's not worth it

Can’t fault the taste but the huge tub comes less than half full so disappointing for the price
