Let's just establish that this product works, Fam!! I'm 5 days in, and I've lost a total of 7.4 pounds. I am a health professional, and I have tried and recommended other products that were found to work marginally but not consistently overall. This product begins to work on day one!! Unfortunately for me, I had 2 big events, including the 4th of July, where I cheated just a little bit and had a few drinks as well on both occasions. IT DID NOT SABOTAGE THE DIET!!! I am not recommending you do so, but I just wanted to point out that I continued to lose! This morning, I weighed myself and I hadn't gained after yesterday's festivities, I just stalled. No harm, no foul. Please note, ladies, that I am at that weight loss resistant, 50 plus stage of life that make body changes and weight loss difficult. Unlike on other diets, I feel confident that as I correct my errors from yesterday that the weight loss will continue and that I will meet my total weight loss goal. This product has now become my "go to" for my weight loss and maintenance goals. I will be buying more since I know it works. I would just remind us that everyone's body is different and that we may come up with different average losses per day and overall. Please follow the enclosed diet pamphlet recommendations. It matters. It works in tandem with the drops to produce the maximum weight loss. Drink plenty of water!!!! Do not skimp on the water. You are not only flushing your body, but you are hydrating your organs and all, allowing for the body and cell cleansing and regulating process to be effective. I take a liver cleansing supplement at night as well. I also take my vitamins. Be aware that you will likely frequent the bathroom if you have a lot of gut cleansing to do. Your appetite will most likely decrease. This helps you not to cheat. It is helpful to prep meals in advance. Be sure to follow the recommendation to have 2 different proteins daily. When I do that, the weight falls off. When I don't, I notice fewer ounces in weight loss. Today, I will be preparing my meals for the next few days. I have an insulated lunch bag that I use to take my meals for the day so that I do not veer from the diet. I am weighing myself daily and recording it on an Excel sheet that calculates my weight loss. I should lastly note that I did a hormone resetting weight loss program from a local franchise that yielded me good results, but overall, the drops were costly, the program was expensive, and you had to check in with the rep ever so often. This diet is virtually the same with no overhead!!! Needless to say, I highly recommend it. Consult your physician for any special health matters that you may have. Given my history with this type of diet, I'd say it is a great value for the money, it works, for me it is easy. Best of success to you on your lifestyle improvement journey. Been using with a vegan diet this week and lost 8lbs so far. Easy to use and measure. Decent taste, but you need to follow their plan or have a strict discipline. Lots of alkaline water, some type of colon cleansing herbal tea or supplement, dietary supplements for what your body needs, b complex a must , and HIT or cardio, intermittent fasting. Great resources come with the dropper and diet plan. Easy to subscribe on Amazon.

Works great with the right diet, helps to curb appetite and sugar cravings

I absolutely love these drops. I am not someone who likes to follow strict diets but I followed this simple program and started seeing results within the first week. The drops actually taste great to me. I found that I wasn't as hungry after using them and felt fuller faster, which really helped with over eating. These aren't magic diets drops that will help you drop weight just by taking them, but more of a easy program to follow with just a few guidelines like portion sizes of your proteins. I found it really easy to do, again as someone that doesn't "do" diets that is really saying something. I plan to continue to use these drops for the foreseeable future. I like that it has so many natural ingredients to help fuel my body and my mind. I would and have recommended this product to people looking for help in losing weight and living a healthier life.

I’ve tried these drops before and they do a great job with appetite suppressant as well as weight loss when eating healthy. THIS TIME I opened the bottle a few weeks ago and end up not sticking to the regimen so I took a break to come back later. Well, about a month later I start taking them again and the evening of the first day they had a very strange taste… disgusting to the tongue actually. So I smelled the bottle and smell like straight AMMONIA! WTF!!! I poured it all out. I also noticed within the last few times of me trying this brand, I would start having pains in my left abdomen only when taking these drops. It does not say refrigerate on the bottle so I’m not sure what changed in their formula…I will never buy these again. Something isn’t right! UPDATE: I called the customer service number on their website and they said the formula changed by adding an increase amount of citric acid to increase the shelf life and gives it that smell when it’s interacting with other ingredients. That increased amount also made me have stomach pain. They said they changed their formula back to not have that increased amount of citric acid and now sending me a new bottle with the updated formula. I hope that one doesn’t have that smell either nor gives me stomach pain. Will update as soon as I receive it!

I’ve been relying on these drops for years. I struggle to keep my weight stable and they’re the only thing that gets through my sluggish metabolism. It’s not easy, you have to be 109% dedicated to the protocol, but it works, like nothing else. It’s 4 stars because the flavor is variable - some bottles are really awful. Also, it’s not quite as effective as a different drop company , also 1234, but they aren’t in biz anymore. Anyway, I’m so glad these exist! I’d be much heavier without them.
