Easy to install!
Easy to install and delivered next day. I first called the window company and was told a technician would come out for $190.00 that didn’t cover parts. Also I was told it may take 3-6 weeks for service.

My windows are working again.
We had all 16 windows replaced in our home, with the newer tilt in windows. 2 of these pivot pins were broken during our extensive home renovation, making 2 windows unsafe to open. I easily replaced these pivot pins. The windows now work well!
