Exactly as described. I purchased the hat to entertain my preschoolers at a scheduled “goodbye” parade next week and I think they will love it! My 11 year old son already borrowed it to use as a “seeker” hat while playing hide and seek. The construction is good and It is adjustable for many head sizes due to the wide opening. It can be worn sideways or facing forward.

This hat is perfect for a funny family talent show! We have big heads so it is great for us. Other reviews said it was too big. It does run large so it depends on your head size.
