Is there instruction manuel for this remote?

No. But search YouTube for tips on using it. I do find it very useful on the whole. My biggest frustration is that it is not possible to pause, rewind or record live TV to the USB device using the magic. Need to use the original remote for those functions.

Hello, Does this remote come with the batteries? Thanks

You need 2xaa as they are not included.
