These are a life saver. I have abnormally low sodium and electrolyte levels so i drink a half stick with water every night before bed to combat it. I feel awful when a skip a serving so i know they help! The powder is tasty enough to eat as a candy too. I would suggest these for people that have a hard time swallowing due to illness because you dont have to drink it to get the benefits of the electrolytes.

I’ve been conscious about sugar intake for a while and always tried to keep that down, but as I hit 40 I noticed I started wanting less water. I think because I needed more electrolytes than what plain water was providing. Sometimes I added just a splash of juice to the water or liquid minerals or salt- and that was nice but these packets make me feel very hydrated and are enjoyable to drink. I add them to a huge water bottle so it’s not too sugary. Passion fruit, grapefruit and the tangerine with immunity are my favs.

Taste great and dissolves easily with a couple shakes. Cheaper on Amazon than in the stores.

I love the flavor of this one! I know everyone has different tastes, but I like the sweetness. Value wise, all of these are pricey, but in the end, I think they’re worth it for the hydration. Great quality and dissolves quickly.

Decent flavor, smells good, easy to use packets, very effective for dehydrated from working out or late nights. No stomach discomfort

Passion fruit flavor isn’t my favorite but these get the job done !
