It is a solid little camera that completely fits the job for indoor monitoring. The 2K resolution is nice and sharp, giving more than enough detail to keep an eye on things when you are out. While it doesn't have a moving pan-and-tilt motor like some other models, it does the job reliably. I mainly use it to check in on and record my cat when I am not home, and for that purpose, it works brilliantly without costing a fortune.

This camera is amazing for the money! I’ve had more high end cameras that are poor quality, poor app usage and don’t pick up on movement. This one is great and just what I needed. The app is easy to use, there is a small monthly subscription which gives you full access to the app wherever you are. Let’s you watch footage back up to 30 days and save to camera roll. It is really simple to set up and the video quality is great! Highly recommend wouldn’t get any other now and friends and family have took my advice and love it too!

Over time, I’ve gradually expanded the system because of how reliable and easy they are to use. Installation is very straightforward. Simply mount the camera on the wall, plug it in, insert a microSD card, and set it up through the app. The process only takes a few minutes, even for someone with minimal technical experience. The image quality is very good, both during the day and at night. The night vision is clear and provides enough detail to easily identify people and movement around the property. Motion detection is one of the best features. Alerts are fast and reliable, although in some situations they can be slightly oversensitive. For example, I have one camera mounted near my boiler outlet, and steam from the vent regularly triggers motion alerts. However, this can be adjusted within the app settings if needed. The two-way audio is also very useful. I’ve used it to speak to delivery drivers and even to control my dog remotely when I’m elsewhere in the house. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to use a microSD card for local storage, which avoids any monthly fees. Cloud storage is available as an optional subscription, but it’s not necessary for normal use. After over a year of continuous operation, the cameras have remained reliable with no faults or drop in performance. Based on my long-term experience, I would highly recommend these cameras to anyone looking to improve home security.

The only tricky bits to setting up the C110 were having to hold a pin in the little hole for 5 seconds to wake the camera up and when the wi-fi could not find the camera. When I plugged the camera into a socket near to the router it connected straight away. The power cord is exactly the right length at 3 metres, the cord is thinner than I'd expected, which is a good thing and blends in well in the black. It was easier to format the micro SD card (bought separately) than I'd thought it would be. Some of the well known memory card brands cost more than the camera, even for 32GB. I ended up getting a budget brand Integral 64GB Premium High Speed from Integral on Amazon. A shout out to the reviewer that stopped me from buying a 32GB PNY micro SD card from Argos that would not have worked with the C110. I can watch a live feed whenever I feel like it via the app even though I have not set it to continuosly record. I have selected schedules of when I do want it to record anything that moves. So far I am very impressed with how well the camera works, how simple it is with the free Tapo for android app and the excellent value for the money.

These are great little cameras, the tapo system is great, easy to set up, very versatile, good imaging, and the free app does everything you could want with no subscription fee.

It picks up people approaching the porch without being triggered by passing cars or distant movement. The Tapo app makes it easy to check live view, review recordings, and adjust sensitivity. Typical Amazon, flung behind the bin, didn't bother to knock. Anywho, this is now my 4th Tapo camera. I have 2 bigger, solar charging cams at the front, one at the back and this one to cover a dead zone by the back door. Yes, we live in a high crime area. They look great and are doddle to install. Setup via the app is such a seem less experience, as is sharing the cameras with my wife's account. Motion detection works like a charm, everything is just great. No subscriptions, just an SD card and you are good to go. Love them.

Just to say that the night vision works through infra red like they all do. This means that if you place this indoors in your window, it won't see through the window at night time because the infra red reflects off the glass. Even if you cover the lights on the sides of the camera, it won't make a difference. With that aside, this is an amazing camera and I'm very impressed with it 🙂. The daytime image quality through the window is excellent and when I'm at work in the office during the day its good to check in now and again. If you want nighttime outdoor vision then, like the rest, you need to put it outside or if its a quick peak of your backyard, hold it out of the open window for a few seconds.

I cannot say enough good things about Tapo cameras. They react to every movement cue, adjustable for your needs, and have not missed any crucial moments yet. They also link to my Echo devices so, when anything happens, the entire house screams bloody murder. Love these things.

The app is good, the camera itself is not bad, and easy to use. We use it as a baby cam. We used a better camera with zoom and pan&tilt functions before this one, but it was randomly restarting in the middle of the night and sometimes waking the baby with all the panning - zooming noises it made while restarting. So this one can't move at all by itself at all, no zooming, no nothing, and also no noise at all. Super silent, except a "tppp" sound when it goes to the night mode and back to the day mode. But you can adjust it to work on the night mode all the time. You can also turn off the bright light in front of the camera, which was very handy in our situation. Our previous one was 5 megapixel, and this is 3 megapixel, so it's kind of a downgrade for us, image quality-wise. But the image quality is not that bad. I wish there was a 5 megapixel version of this though. Overall, we are super happy with it, and great value for the price.
