Another great blend from Smith Teamaker
I’ve tried Smith’s Chamomile blend (‘Meadow’), their Earl Grey blend (‘Lord Bergamot’), and their English Breakfast blend (‘British Brunch’) and I have never been let down, despite being fairly picky! I used to have Adagio teas as my go-to cup, but after getting several batches in a row with terrible sachet sealing and just a couple in-tact leaves, I realized it was time for a change. How does Smith compare to a generally good brand of tea? Excellently. My favorite blend is Meadow, since it’s both relaxing and a fairly unique recipe.Quality: Most of the Chamomile flowers are whole and in-tact, as well as being fairly large and aromatic. The rooibos is also aromatic when dry, and comes through nicely when steeped. In general, most of the leaves seem whole and fresh. The tea comes in a silk sachet, which is well-sealed and sturdy, and I haven't had any issues with leaks in any of my cups. Each serving also comes packed in a foil pouch, which makes a big difference keeping everything fresh and in-place until you’re ready to use it. And it shows! Every cup of tea I’ve made with all of the blends listed above have been robust, high-quality, and delicious.Flavor: You’ve probably noticed that all of the styles of tea take a common blend and put a spin on it. Sometimes this is just marketing fluff, but all of the blends I've tried from Smith Teamaker have definitely tasted unique. There is definitely a stronger bergamot flavor in their Earl Grey than in a lot of the Earl Grey’s I've tried, for example. Trying to describe the specifics of the flavors probably wouldn’t mean much, so I just recommend reading the details for that blend and know that you will taste a difference.Verdict: Great quality tea, with solid presentation, at a reasonable price! If you really enjoy your tea, or you want to buy it as a present for someone who does, you won't be let down. It’ll last in your cabinet if you just want a cup occasionally (thanks to the individual sealing), but you’ll probably find yourself going through it way too quickly to notice!

The perfect evening tea
I love this tea because it tastes very calming and refreshing. I enjoy having a cup of this chamomile blend tea in the evenings after coming home from work. This is one of my favorite tea brands because the tea sachets are the same quality as loose leaf tea and the flavor of the chamomile and lemon myrtle is really good.

Calming, soothing and refreshing
Love the peppermint tea I purchased. So calming to have a cup in the evening before bed. Also nice to know that the peppermint is grown here in Washington state! Had no idea peppermint was grown here.

Delicioous
I really liked this tea. I tried one box to taste test. Now, I must buy three at least. Most herbal teas I've tried, were not very flavorful. This blend with Chamomile was delicious, pungent, and full of flavor. Well worth the price for something this good.

Best tea company out there
This is not your mommas Lipton - this is serious tea! Best quality I’ve found and I’ve tried them all! I buy smith both in herbal and caffeinated teas. I drink about 100 oz daily of different teas and I primarily drink this one hot although I will occasionally ice both the peppermint and the lavender black teas. They have a wonderful jasmine and if you like something different, I suggest any of their combo boxes - they’ll give you a basic, a known less basic and something you never heard of lol. I honestly haven’t tried anything from them I wouldn’t drink or offer to someone else. My one complaint has been that they recently have started sending the boxes in mailer envelopes. Even when I’ve ordered several boxes, I’ve gotten 1-2 to an envelope rather than put 6 in a box. They arrive smashed and while I can still use the tea, it’s no longer a box I can gift to friends. For that reason I’ll be leaving them out when I make my Christmas baskets this year. I just can’t depend on them to ship them safely. It’s a shame. I had planned on including a box in every basket.

Mild flavor
The tea does have a licorice flavor to it so watch out if you dont like that. Otherwise kind of a mild flavor but not bad.
