Excellent Cold-Pressed Groundnut Oil, A Staple in My Kitchen
As a frequent buyer of cold-pressed groundnut oil, I can confidently say this product has become a staple in my kitchen. Here's why: Pros: • Authentic nutty flavor: Enhances the taste of various dishes • High smoke point: Great for high-heat cooking and deep frying • Nutritional benefits: Rich in vitamin E and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats • Versatile: Suitable for cooking, baking, and as a salad dressing base The cold-pressing process preserves the oil's natural flavor and nutritional properties, making it a healthier choice compared to refined alternatives. I've noticed my stir-fries and roasted vegetables have a delightful nutty undertone that my family loves. While it's a bit pricier than standard cooking oils, the quality and health benefits make it worth the investment. I highly recommend this cold-pressed groundnut oil to anyone looking to elevate their cooking while making a healthier choice. Tip: Store in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness and maximize shelf life.

Like the old days
This review is certified by my mother. In early 90's at Calcutta, "sada tel" was almost synonymous with peanut oil. Slowly sunflower and rice ban oils replaced groundnut oil and now its quite rare to found in a household. Postman was the popular groundnut oil at that time. Since then we too shifted to other vegetable oils until recently I bought RRO brand oil, which I learnt that equivalent to old days Postman. Then I bought Vedaka groundnut oil. Vedaka wins hands down with its dark thick texture, and authentic nutty fragrance. For those who are ready to shell out 150% extra compared to RRO, it is worth the penny and recommended.
