Good powder for kids, remove seal before use
If only the makers tell you how to get the maximum flow of powder, this would sell more. Here is the problem, one has to remove a seal which cannot be opened properly if we punched just holes. So remove first top, then remove the second top, then comes seal. Remove it, deducting 2 stars for making it difficult to figure it out. Who puts a seal when you have two tops compartments.
