Bought to replace a black spider light after redecoration. Came without any instructions which would have been difficult if it had not been a replacement for one fitted a few years ago. Great price but better with instructions.

Tricky to get all the cables into the main bit but once done it looks great and have had no problems - although dimmer bulbs when on full flicker occasionally (assuming its just too much going through it)

These are great in a small room to spread the light my wife has these in her studio

Really liked this light fitting. We did have a 6 arm one before from another company so we were a bit confused with the fitting guide as it was different to the one we had but if you just follow the instructions, it was pretty easy to put together. Would have been good to have longer black screws for the sections that hold the cables on the wall but I can always paint these. Would buy again

Bought 2 lights for the living room and dining room. One I cut short for the living room and the other left long to be able to hang over the dining room table. After looking through Google for some instructions on how to wire them, I found them very easy to install myself. The instructions that come with the lights aren't the best but you can work it out by looking online. Very quick delivery too.

Nice lights and a decent price. Look lovely but 3 hours to install for 3 units ie 9 lights and I have a PhD in engineering! The earth wire is too flimsy - just use the old one from your outgoing fittings you only need 100 mm. The connector block which is sprung is a bit of a joke with incoming solid wires - just replace with good old screwed connectors and if you are a perfectionist like me lightly solder the 3 outgoing stranded wires independently so they fit neatly into to terminal block without the odd strand getting away . No instructions so remember to put the ceiling supports on the wires before you put up the ceiling rose - this can’t be done for the bulb holder end. Nevertheless these are great lights and I am very pleased with them. Peter

This is by far the worst light fixture I’ve ever come across. The cables are incredibly difficult to connect. There are no clear instructions, the pictures are in black and white, and it’s impossible to figure out how to wire everything correctly. If the insulation is plastic, it doesn’t work—you have to strip the wires, which are extremely thin and hard to handle. The instructions are far too basic. On top of that, the central metal rod was too short—I had to buy a new one and cut it to size myself, which is completely unacceptable. The final look is decent for the price, but nothing comes pre-assembled. And the cables are of very poor quality. Honestly, I’d rather pay a bit more for something pre-mounted with better components.

Looks and works exactly as in description. A little more work to install it due to the many holes in the ceiling, but the end result is exactly what you want. And, a lot of extra screws in the package.
