Q: Is it hard to remove?

remove? dont put it on. the product sucks. it is white for about a day, then it turns shit brown.

Q: Wont take of or tested when using tire shines?

I don't know if it will be removed by tire shine. I used it on motorcycle tires. But it will turn yellow in a couple of months.

Q: I live in Portland where it rains almost everyday, would this paint hold up good or would it start running?

No. I put 3 coats on my 18 inch tires that are a 45 series. Started peeling, and flacking before I even put them on the Acura. These were brand new tires, an cleaned extensively.
