I LOVE IT
My cat absolutely loves this toy. It’s cute, funny, and adorable. And it’s great quality, it has a fresh catnip like scent to it. I’m very happy, because my cat is happy with the toy and loves to play with it. It’s the perfect kicker toy for my cat. I would highly recommend this product, and would 100% buy again.

My Kittens Loved This To DEATH--LITERALLY!! 💀: I HAD TO BUY 4 MORE 😭
Not sure why this product is named "Green Magic Dynamite Stick" when it's clearly a red stick of dynamite...other than maybe the "green magic" that's inside of this thing!! 😂 HOW MANY TIMES, as a pet owner has it happened where you come across a toy that claims to be infused with or contain "silvervine and/or catnip", to buy it and end up with your cat having precisely ZERO interest in that toy? They aren't cheap, either --on average, a toy containing silvervine and/or catnip runs anywhere from $8-$23. Even purchasing the catnip and/or silvervine separately the product will typically run between $9-$17 depending on sourcing and the quality of the product. IT IS EXHAUSTING AND EXPENSIVE, and after a while as a pet owner you just give up on those kinds of toys, right? It becomes this sort of "Hey, if it's true & it works, then great--but I'm not spending a million dollars on it for it not to. If it's relatively cheap, then sure--why not?" I have two grown cats, four 5-month old kittens and a brand new litter of 5 3-week old kittens. Finding enrichment for them is a CONSTANT struggle, so I try to aim for simplicity and inexpensiveness when evaluating potential toys--cats can be destructive little monsters, lol. So, when I saw these dynamite sticks for sale at just over $3 each, I figured "Hey, why not? Worst case they hate them--and then I'm only out $3." As soon as the first one arrived, upon opening it I IMMEDIATELY realized this was different from virtually every other catnip-filled product & toy I had purchased previously. For one, I could actually SMELL the catnip inside of it. It wasn't overpowering or anything --just enough to know it was ACTUALLY THERE and not mostly filler the way other catnip products typically are. Most of you who have handled catnip know that ideally you need to crush it and release the scent and oil to stimulate and entice your cat, right? With the cylindrical shape of this toy I found that EXTREMELY EASY to do, simply rubbing it and rolling it between my hands to crush the catnip inside of it before tossing it to my kittens to see what would happen. I didn't have to wait long. 😳🔥🐈🐈⬛🐈🐈⬛🔥 Now, none of my kittens are the kind that I would say typically have "extreme reactions" to catnip or silvervine. They might enjoy it for a while, but then get bored and wander off. But this? THIS EAS THE OPPOSITE OF THAT--within seconds my female dilute tortie had wrapped her whole body around the dynamite stick and began furiously rubbing it all over herself, while the other 3 became obsessed with prying it away from her, only to do the exact same thing themselves once they had it wrapped within their paws. One of them turned into a little monster and began gnawing and furiously kicking at the dynamite stick to release more of the catnip before abandoning it entirely to just flail on his back on the floor, purring like a motorboat flailing paws and tail while swishing against the carpet where the dynamite stick had been. Not gonna lie--IT WAS THE MOST BAFFLINGLY HILARIOUS THING I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!! 😂🐈⬛🐈🔥🎉 By the time they had all had a turn this poor dynamite stick was all out of *boom*. Amazingly though despite four kittens with sharp claws and razor sharp teeth tearing and gnawing and biting and kicking the absolute bejeezus out of this thing, it held its durability and integrity amazingly well--not a scratch!! Now burnt out with energy spent, I put the toy away knowing that cat's won't react to catnip the same way for about two days after it's introduced. I quickly realized that this might be one of the top 5 toys I've ever found for these little monsters. Quick like bunny I went back to Amazon to purchase FOUR MORE STICKS because I know, eventually, the catnip inside them will have been expended of its utility...but at just over $3 per stick I can EASILY justify purchasing more of them and keeping them on standby for when the first one eventually burns out 😇 TLDR, this toy is a safe, effective product for bringing hours of play and stimulation to your cat. It actually contains the catnip and silvervine that it claims to contain, and at just over $3 per stick even if your cat doesn't fully respond to it the way you'd like them to, the price is so low that it's worth it to try. So what are you waiting for?? Go get one, or five of these!! They're amazing--you srsly won't regret it.

Best toy ever. Squeak is more than loud enough
This toy is awesome. Those who complain about it not squeaking loud enough must not have heard a mouse squeak. Yes it doesn't screech like a mouse in duress but who wants to hear that. You can hear it 50 feet away easily. Only thing is I wish there was a non-catnip option. I leave a star off simply for it to possibly be noticed by the sellers/manufacturers. She absolutely loves this thing.

Feral cat approved
The feral cat I take care of doesn't really like to play with plastic ball toys or ribbons. She prefers the ones that mimic real animals and as expected, she loves this mouse toy. The squeaker gets her so excited. She gets riled up pretty quick and tosses and kicks it around but it's holds up pretty good.

My cats love these
Well made, my cats love them. They treat them more like balls than mice, they push them through the house, toss them around and carry them around in their mouths. The squeak is very low-pitched but if you shake them you can hear them. If they get wet because someone decided to drop them in the water dish, you have to dry them out in rice just like a cell phone, but they do recover.

Not as neat as they used to be, but unfalteringly popular.
This is the fourth, similar stick toy we've handed our adult kitty. We hand it our sparingly, to avoid over exposure to catnip and him getting bored of the toy. This latest one is sown shut a bit less prettily than previous versions and has a crinkle implying there's a second layer inside. This makes it more stiff and a bit less flexible except at one spot in the center, where it bends as usual. This isn't an improvement to us, but hopefully not much of a functional difference. Let's be honest, we don't get it for instaface - although it sure looks fun the first time around. It's just the right size for hold-and-kick play, so he can out his frustration instead of on the neighbor's Tom. The cover is readonably strong and lasts typically a few months before it breaks - be sure to dispose of torn ones or the nip will spread around. Like around two thirds of cats, he is sensitive to catnip. This means he'll go loco once exposed to it, being extra alert for around 15 minutes. Then the drugs wear off and he could not care less for catnip and is safe once more to release into civilized society or the wild.
