Efficient delivery. Well made product and easy to setup including connection to Alexa which provides instant video of the bird box. Video and photos are excellent quality. Hoping to receive our first tenants this spring. Would highly recommend this product bundle.

This is a great little product. The pictures are of excellent quality and fitting was easy enough. Connecting to your Wi-fi is a bit fiddly if you have a 2.4/5 GHz router. You have to disable the 5 GHz output, connect to the 2.4 and then enable the 5GHz. Reasonable instructions on the website on how to do this, but you do need to be a bit technically savvy.An upgrade to a system that doesn't need to do this would be a great idea. I'm sure the technology exists.

Have at least two of the lessor costed items and they only worked on an old fashioned “CRT” boxy TV. Have this on my tablet and phone. Just watch life cycle of blue tits. It’s expensive but it does work.

Very well made and solid construction, good quality camera, easy to set up to enable viewing on our iPads / iPhones. Movement / sound warnings are a good feature, each can be adjusted to a sensitivity to suit.

The G3 camera is beautifully built - really high quality and the accessories are of similar quality too. Picture quality is excellent, but I did have a few setup issues. I found that a smart phone is the best way forward and once setup was achieved (with the the help of my IT whizkid of a son) I was able to use my Galaxy tablet too. Beware, however, as not all routers are easy to adapt to a dual 5G/2.4G setup. Again, my son was able to wade in to the router software to make the 2.4G visible in addition to the 5G. I am not totally dumb when it comes to IT, but the foregoing problems did beat me! One other negative point, I have yet to ascertain if, or how, I can watch the nest box on my MacBook Pro rather than just on my phone and tablet. As it stands, I am told it is not a compatible device. Watching on the larger screen of my laptop would be a huge advantage.One last point: if you are planning on installing the camera in an existing nest box, check that you have the room above the nest box entry hole, as the camera does need a lot more headroom in the box. I had to build a new nest box to accommodate the camera - although you can buy the complete package direct from Green Feathers!All-in-all a successful project - eventually.

I bought this camera for the children, It came well packaged and was easy to set up. I watched the green feathers setup video on YouTube, which was a great help. However when I was installing the camera into the box the antenna came off. I contacted the seller and got a response the next day and they sent me a new antenna, which has easy to change. This product is excellent and would highly recommend.

looks good and has had some interest but it may need a while to feel aged for the birds . we do have a spider to watch, fingers crossed for next year.

The media could not be loaded. Installation was easy, and connection with the dedicate green feathers app aswel.Some difficulties to connect the camera to my Synology Nas but finally succeed. Image quality is excellent.One remark: it is indicated that the power cable is 10 meters long, but it is not the case(or was not provided in the box).
