3% is used for so many things including cleaning & spraying in gardens to eliminate mildew & other things (but must be food grade that has no stabilizing chemicals.) This will be ordered again in larger container.

Good product, use it in a mix with baking soda for a toothpaste substitute and for hygiene.

Now that I’ve used one bottle, I can honestly leave a review. I’ve been using it weekly to rinse my mouth and it works wonders! I also use it anytime I have a cut or scratch and the hydrogen peroxide instantly begins to heal it. I haven’t ingested it but I’m open to if after using this quality product for a couple of months now.

I bought this food grade peroxide to use while brushing my teeth. I've been using regular 3% peroxide for years while brushing, along with toothpaste & baking soda. It has worked well for helping my gums to be healthier, & my teeth to be whiter. I didn't know there was a food grade peroxide until recently. So I ordered a bottle to try. I've only been using about 3 days. I noticed this morning that my teeth looked whiter than usual. Im happy about that & so I'll continue to use this food grade peroxide.
