Q: I see a lot of reviews from full busted women. How does this fit a small busted person?

I’m 34-36A. Small fits well, very comfortable. Extra small may have also fit too, but I’m satisfied with size small.

Q: what would be the size for a 40 dd?

I don't know; I am petite & this bra is already Sliding down. If you have an avg. sized back, use the Size Chart. But, it is Very hard to put on because there's no Closure (hook, snap, etc.). I would Never buy nor recommend it again.

Q: I'm a 36ddd, what size do I need ?

The size chart on the page, click on the blue letters to view the information, the style is does not list a size for the DDD cup. The large would be for 36-38, C-D. You might need to consider a different style. Keep in mind strapless bras will fit smaller.
