What is the maximum weight? I would like to use for a 60 lbs. handicapped pup.

I know this question is old but it may be helpful to others looking at this mattress. I just bought 2 of these matresses to use for beds for my dogs. The foam is quite firm, yet comfortable. My dogs are large, 85 and 130 pounds, and neither one of them is heavy enough to sink to the floor through the mattress. I stood on it myself, granted I'm smaller than one of my dogs, but I only sank about half way through the matress. I think the only problem will be how well the foam holds up to the weight over time.

does it make crinkly noises when the baby moves?

No, it does not make any noise at all. It is EXTRA firm as stated, I underestimated it in thought before it came lol. However, my son loves it and sleeps great on it every night.

How firm is this mattress? I know the more firm, the more safe with crib mattresses.
