If the form is adjusted for a 44" chest measurement and a 36" waist measurement will the transition from chest to waist be smooth?

Perhaps there is a means of adjustment that I have not yet discovered, but even with minimal difference between the measurements for the upper and lower parts, there is a definite "step" (notva smooth transition). Otherwise, I'm very happy with it.

How large will the chest expand out to? I need it to go to 52”

Its pretty decent. The only complaints I have are that the wheels are sometimes a little hard to turn to adjust it, and I wish the padding on it was a little thicker for putting pins in. Other than that it works just as advertised.

Help! I'm a larger guy 54" chest. Can I add stuffing under the base fabric to "bulk" it out?

You can't add anything under the base fabric, because it is all very firmly glued down to the body all over, not just at the edges. But you can put a larger size T shirt on the form and stuff that with padding. I have done that before.
