I'm really happy with this waffle pan. It's extremely easy to use, just don't overfill the iron with waffle mixture and you're good to go.

This was my first attempt at making Belgian Waffles. I used Hungry Jack Light and Fluffy pancake mix and followed the instructions to make waffles (for pancakes all you do is add water .. for waffles you have to add 1 egg and oil) I used 1 spritz of Pam on each side of the waffle maker and then did NOT spritz again and made 4 full size Belgian Waffles and a single heart. The non-stick coating is fantastic! None of my waffles stuck to the pan and clean up was easy ... just wiped it down with a paper towel and chop stick to shove the paper towel between the groove. I was pleasantly surprised how thick the waffles came out. The waffle iron comes apart at the top and is durable. The handles are plastic and may fail in the future buy the waffle iron itself isn't heavy - just have to be careful when storing. After reading reviews about other electric waffle makers coming apart at the connection hinge, we opted for this model and we're happy we did - plus side - it's alot LESS bulky and doesn't take much storage space. Excellent buy :)

Way easier to clean than electric waffle irons and it's easier to get the temperature right to make a nice crisp waffle.

It is truly done from aluminium, it's heavy and solid, but there is non-stick cover, which is low quality. There is no even one word in description of the waffler about non-stick cover.We had got it at 17 of september 2020, we were happy and started to use it immediately. (We do everything according to the recommendations of the producer - smir oil before to put doughe, no washing in dishwasher, only mild soap and hand-wash with soft cloth.)First time we were cooking waffles went out smoothly. (Cooking was done in different days, the waffler was washed and dried properly).Also second and third. On the picture you can see we were trying to cook, it was less than 10th time.Bottom line, we are unhappy with our NordicWare waffler, more to say, wery disappointed - the price is not cheap for the stuff to be used only for two weeks. Now it's useless - the waffles stuck and there is no way how to take them out nicely.
