What to say, exactly as described and I was pleased the blackcurrant flavour is quite nice. Taste a bit like blackcurrant flavour squash, but significantly less sweet. A bit as if you put the tiniest drop of it in the water. This is excellent if you have diabetes and you’ve been running high blood sugars and cannot stop drinking. It breaks that cycle and it relieves that thirst. I also drink these when I need more liquids but want something nicier than water. It mixes well and it does not leave a patina on top of the water as some do. It has a little of fizz but it doesn’t feel sparkly, and based on research this has a good amount and balance of electrolytes, so I can’t wait for it to be on offer again! Also it’s generally decent value as one tablet will do 750ml or up to a L so great! - you can put 1 tab in 400-500ml too if you want a more concentrated flavour too. Would recommend

Takes a minute to dissolve in a pint of water, taste is alright, very weak but you can tell it's blackcurrant. I purchased for the electrolytes over the taste so taste doesn't bother me much. Now summer is here it's good to have a few of these pills in your bag while out in the sun doing activities to make sure you stay hydrated. 4/5 for value for money. 1 star deducted because of taste.

Really pleased with the High5 Electrolytes Tablets (Berry). They mix super easily in water with no chalky bits, and the flavour is nice and subtle—not too sweet or overpowering, just refreshing. Perfect for workouts or hot days when you need a quick electrolyte boost. My water actually tastes nice now, which makes staying hydrated a lot easier!

The flavor is gustatorily overwhelming. They take a while to dissolve and leave powdery stuff in the water. They make the pressure in my head feel lifted, so not sure if that means they are hydrating.

Huge fan of the brand. Just pop in to water, leave for a few minutes then hydrate. I have one every morning as part of my routine. The tubes are easy to open & store. The flavour selection is good but could do with some more adventurous options. No residue in the glass after consuming unlike some brands. Gone are my dehydration headaches.
