It helps a lot when I’m feeling stressed

This is amazing!! If you struggle with anxiety or depression I highly recommend this!! I’ve tried CBD, valerian root, all sorts of remedies, and I find that those just help me cope with symptoms and don’t actually treat or prevent them. This has made a huge difference in my mood and energy levels! If you do some research you’ll find that GABA naturally occurs in our body but sometimes we don’t produce enough of it, causing depression and anxiety. This really helps me out without having to be on prescriptions - those really mess with me and usually do more harm than good. I’m serious, this worked better than Xanax did for me, although everyone is different. I like how I don’t feel drugged or foggy like I did with other antidepressants or Xanax. I like to pair this with vitamin D, vitamin B 12, and magnesium, as these are essential vitamins to support your brains production of happy hormones! Do your research and consult a doctor of course. I love this and will continue to take it. I noticed a difference within the first day of taking it although it may take longer for others. My boyfriend also just began taking it and has also said he feels much better. He’s been on it for two weeks, I’ve been on it since New Years. I have way less bad days and feel way less sad and it’s even helped (Not cured) me with my stuttering problem which has been a huge burden in my life. I’ve found motivation to lose weight and get moving again, while before that felt impossible at best. Love this. I wish more people knew about it and I wish I had started taking it earlier! I just take one pill per day but to jumpstart effects, I started with two pills for the first 2 days and then carried on with one pill a day. I tell anyone I can about this because it’s so much better to be happy than to suffer without relief! Or to spend $100 on high quality CBD that doesn’t solve your problem, just helps you to cope! Love love love this. Arrived quickly (duh it’s Prime!!) and doesn’t have a funky smell. The pills are large but not horse pills and you only need one a day so it isn’t bad at all.
