Fits my Weber, allowed me to convert to propane
Very low cost that allowed me to convert my BBQ from NG to LPG, but be aware the orifices need to be redrilled which is the tricky part. You will need a micro drill bit approx .7mm +/- 10% , (these are thin bits and best use a hand drill or run them backwards to prevent breakage) this is trial and error, so thatโs why you get 10 orifice pieces (though you only need 4 or 5) and you need to experiment . Takes patience and trial and error because Weber will not support any gas conversions or offer advice. Go to YouTube. Use tape or plumbers putty and be careful. Beats spending another $1500 on a new BBQ. It wonโt be 100%, but you can get it close. You want a blue flame with smallest hint of yellow. You must adjust your gas bars which you can do while itโs running . This whole process took me a full day but it was worth it.

Perfect for my Weber
These are what you need to replace the orifices for the burners on your Weber grill. I have an SE-410 from 2017 and I needed to convert it back to propane from nat gas which it had been converted to from its original propane. There was rational for this, but that story doesn't need to be told here. Anyway, The thread pattern and orifice size are both critical for your Weber to function correctly. With the wrong thread pattern you will have a leak with the potential of a fire outside the burn box... not good. Without the proper orifice size you will have issues with the burner flame. These are both the proper thread pattern (SAE not metric) and the orifice size is .031". I found out through web searching that .031" is the correct size (AI told me as Weber will not advertise this). After I installed these I checked for leaks and adjusted each burner air/fuel mixture until I got a nice blue flame with occasional orange tips at the highest flow rate and just a blue flame on the lowest flow setting.

great product
MENSI is where it's at. I bought these for my NexGrill Portable 820-0033, but the imperial threads are the wrong size. Bought their 5mm X 0.68mm product. priceless

Does not fit spirit s315 orifice but made it work. Good burn and temp control.
