I honestly didn't expect much out of this supplement, but it's been, frankly, fantastic for me. I'm a 76 year old "gym rat", lift three times a week and bike two, for about 45 years now. This is a great value. Love that its in pill form so I dont have to taste something awful, and I know exactly how much im taking. You get great pumps with it also. I recommend using this as a pre-workout and take with their nitric oxide booster also. Fantastic workouts.
