I don't notice that it makes me sleepy....

This is a repeat purchase for us. My wife uses this blend to help relax in the evening. I strongly suggest taking it with food, as the B vitamins can cause an upset stomach. The maker is long-established in the supplements industry.

Please make sure you have these in stock. It is difficulty to order from Amazon sometimes. My whole family uses this supplement and I have introduced it to my friends.
