No worms, just some powder mash.
No worms, and like a dummy I followed directions hoping the mashed potato mix would magically grow some. To the seller, when your mix starts to dry out, the worms collect together in the center. Take better care of your critters and stop scooping empty cultures from the edges, adding a little water, and selling us mashed potatoes at unreasonable prices!

I hate worms, but the fish love them.
They breed like crazy and I didn’t even do anything! Excellent addition to my self sustaining aquarium. A little bit goes a long way.

Follow the instructions and for no worms
I paid close attention to the instructions provided and did everything as indicated but got no worms at all, nothing! I have abundant experience growing small insects and nematodes so I did not expect the is culture would not work. There was no evidence of contamination or fungal grow so I don’t know what went wrong. I expected a better experience and regret buying this… I will go with other food sources for my little beasts in the future

More than what the eye can see
I received my order and couldn’t see more than 5 worms. I feed them and waited weeks. About 3 weeks. I kept feeding them and then suddenly they’re were a whole bunch of them. A month or so now I can start using them. I didn’t think this culture was worth it but I was wrong. Keep them warm and feed they grow quickly. Very pleased and would recommend them.

Followed Instructions to a T, with no results at all.
Culture was small and they were dead when they arrived. Would not purchase again.

I got dirt.
I read the one star reviews and thought "those people must not know how to grow the culture..."I nurtured that culture for a week, and then picked through every bit of the substrate with a needle looking for a single worm. Never found one. Never saw one on the food I put in the container for them every time I checked. If there were ever any worms in that dirt, they must have been dead on arrival.Seller was quick to issue a refund though, so I'll give a star back for that.

Looked udnerwhelming but be patient
When the cup of dirt arrived, it just looked like some blue cheese bits on dirt. For a week or so after, the new container didn't show much sign of life but after 2 weeks I see grindal worms on the food. Finally getting to it before the mold does.

If there is worms in the culture I cannot see them.
Not sure if there is any worms in the culture or not, time will tell.
