Great for HomeSeer or Home Assistant
Been a Z-wave Homeseer user for about 17 years now. FINALLY a manufacturer that sells a product that is a good value, easy to set up, and, so far, unlike Homeseer switches, have not failed. Great CS as well on an issue I had with one of their sensors. If you are a Homeseer or Home Assistant user (I'm currently switching over), you can't go wrong IMHO.

Reliable and durable
I am in the long process of changing my smart home from insteon devices to Z-Wave-based devices. Several months ago I decided to purchase Zooz devices. They are reasonably priced. They seem to be very durable. And their configuration options allow for complete customization. They dim from 99% all the way down to 1% with a compatible light fixture.Using Home Assistant software, they even support direct association which allows for true 3 way functions without the need for rewiring. Great for remodeling. So far I have replaced 49 insteon devices with Zooz units, and I couldn't be happier. Not a single dud, easy setup, and after 2 years not a single failure. I have 28 more devices to do and I am confident they will be Zooz devices. As always, if you need it, get it. You won't be disappointed.

Works well, only a few issues pairing, some flashing with Creek LEDs
Easy to install and add to network. Very few issues pairing.. some flashing with Creek LED bulbs at one point in dimming.

Handles 3-way, 4-way, and 5-way installations !
The media could not be loaded. Plusses:1. Can do 3-way, 4-way, and 5-way wiring using existing switches except for the one being replaced by the Zooz ZEN77 - no satellite switches necessary!!!2. easy to install, good documentation provided, more available online.3. Solid constructions.4. Lots of parameters for personalizing the configuration.5. Z-wave control works flawlessly. 6. Control from paddles allows on/off/fade-up/fade-down and double tap for (customizable) full brightness (see video).Minuses:1. Quality control. One of the units arrived dead on arrival. Amazon replaced it rapidly. One died 3 days after installation. Zooz said that they would replace it. Haven't seen the replacement yet. I bought a replacement on Amazon, because I was impatient.2. Important to choose the lights carefully. Zooz blamed the brand of LED lamps that I was using. Not only did they flicker but they destroyed the ZEN77! You should check their website for bulb recommendations. I replaced all of our lights and now everything works well. Dimmable LED lights are still evolving. You might have to try several brands to get good results.Summary:In short, I love the product, if you get a working ZEN77 and it works well with your lights, this product is unique in being able to handle n-way lighting with a single unit. Support was very helpful and responsive. I expect that the replacement unit will eventually arrive and when it does I have a place for it!TIP: I add and test all units close to the hub on a table close to my computer, where I can set the advanced parameters and test them before installing them in the wall. (see video.) It simplifies things enormously.

Works great with Home Assistant
replaced an existing three-way switch with this. Zooz has some great instructions and drawings when it comes to wiring three-way switches in place.Even though the existing switch wasn't quite wired properly I was able to figure out how to fix things and get the Zooz running mostly by looking at their drawings and examples.Upon powering up and pairing, Home Assistant offered to upgrade the firmware which I let it do and everything is working great.

Great Switch for 4-Way Setup
For years I avoided installing Z-wave automation in 4-way switches because some options required replacing all 3 switches. Having bad luck with Z-wave switches failing I didn't bother going that route but I figured I'd give this a try given the price.Installation was easier than expected. The wiring diagrams were clear and easy to understand, even if you're not an electrician. Pairing with my Abode hub went smoothly, unlike many other 3rd party Z-wave devices, and was connected in seconds.Overall, great product. Hopefully it is reliable and doesn't fail quickly like many other Z-wave smart switches I've used (I will update this review if it does in fact fail).

Easy Setup. Just works.
A more affordable option that seems to work just as well as more expensive options from other more well-known brands. As an added bonus, it doesn't require special add-on switches for 3+-way configurations. Mine have been installed for 8+ months now with no issues.
