Q: Which size capsule is smallest

These are awesome. They actually click shut!! So glad I got the “00”. It is perfect for what I need. This is my first experience fillIng capsules. I thought I needed a smaller one. My daughter told me she uses these same exact. The “00” will hold 15-18 drops of essential oil. I believe the higher the # the smaller the capsule. So the “5” is the tiniest. It only holds 0.13 ml. That might be 2drops of essential oil. This “00” holds 0.90 of an ml. I have 13 drops of essential oil with a small amt of fractionated coconut oil to fill in my “00”’s.

These are size 00. I use them for essential oils and they hold 20 drops.

Q: How long can I store them once they are filled with powder?

I think it would depend on the length of time your contents will remain good-I've stored the capsules, filled for several months in the refrigerator in a Snap Lock container.
