It is a very nice product, follow the direction and you will have no issues. Put under tongue 3 times a day and swish in mouth for one minute,and do not consume food for 20 minutes before or after. I would suggest no coffee either before or after or you will have a weird taste in your mouth for awhile. the product states that it helps with hormone balance, hot flashes,quality of sleep , and muscle tone and strength. From my experience using this it does help with quality of sleep for me and I do have more energy which brings the muscle tone and strength to a good level. I would recommend this product to any that are trying to go a more natural path to curbing the unwanted symptoms of menopause. I am in the beginning stages and this has helped me. I did get this product for a reduced rate to review.
