What does silicone coating made up of? Vegetable coating and silicone are totally contrary. How much of silicone and how much of vegetable coating?

Baker’s Signature is silcone coated. I don't see where it states vegetable coating is added. Silicone allows for greater resistance to heat. And non soak through.

Question for manufacturer. is the product teflon/pfas/fluorine free? website is silent as regards forever fluorine compounds.

They are good quality but not reusable

Are they heavy enough, and foldable enough, for fish is parchment? Will they hold a crease?

They will definitely hold a crease and are easily foldable. I’ve never cooked fish in parchment but as far as the weight of the paper, I would say it is “normal” weight. It is the same thickness as the name brand parchment paper on a roll.

I only see that material is "wood pulp", so where does it say "silicone" that people are talking about?

This is a statement from the manufacturer in the About this item section, paragraph 2: “Both of the sheets’ sides are coated with non-toxic silicone coating making it a safe choice for your baking needs. Since the food just slides off, no additional oils need to be sprayed on the sheet prior to baking.” There’s nothing on the box itself.
