I bought this as a little gift for my dad to separate the the yoke from egg white. He loves it. Very easy for him to use and handle. My dad just turned 79 and his hands trembles, so I wanted to get him a simple affordable and lightweight gadget that will be helpful and easy to handle.

I can only eat the yolks and I can separate two eggs at one time with this separator and then carefully transfer them to my very small nonstick Cuisinart skillet from TJ Maxx for $5 which makes delicious eggs. I hate messy cleanup so I line the separator’s bottom container with a quart size zipper bag from a box of them from the Dollar Tree. Also, I love to use a small Ikea Teflon spatula that is from their kid’s real kitchen set of smaller utensils set. Works awesome. Also, the separator washes up great in the top rack of dishwasher.

Not sure about the speed because this was purchased for someone else.

Saves so much time doing 2 eggs at once. Great for recipes that require many egg yoks, I really like this.

Best for 2 egg yoke separation. No mess. Uses minimal space. Comes with a small whisk. Sturdy.

Works okay...sucks that there is no lid for it! ;'D

Doesn't work. Whites do not separate from yolks. Need to use fingers to pull whites off of the bottom of the appliance. Easier to just use hands which do a better job in any event.

Incase of large size eggs ... yellow yolk spills over to the white of the egg below
