Best knee pad for bjj I’ve used so far.
I’ve been doing bjj for almost a decade now and my initial impression of this knee pad is that it’s built to last but also very high quality. Some other knee pads bunch at the back of the knee or rub the back of the knee but this one stays in place the whole class. 10/10 would recommend

Too stiff for BJJ
These seem to be a quality product, but it limited my mobility too much. Very stiff product.

Work great, no sliding down, bought again once first pair finally wore out. Stitching needs to be re-enforced though.
They stay up better than any other kneepads I've tried, minimal sliding down. They cushion the knee well.I wish they stitched it a little better though. One part of the white stitching at the back came unraveled within a few months, and shortly after that the stitching that separates the individual pieces of foam padding inside the sleeve blew, so the foam pieces started sliding around behind each and getting all clumped up. There'd be one part with like three foam pads stacked up bulging out, and two other cells with no padding at all. It was a royal pain to work them back into their proper positions and then sew them into place. That said, once I'd re-sewed them, they continued to function fantastically. I wear them 6-8 hours per week and send them through the washer & dryer 5 x week, and (stitching issues aside) they still lasted over a year before I had to replace them. And I liked them well enough that I bought the same ones again for replacements.

Comfortable but not dura le
First I want to say that these pads serve their purpose. They’re comfortable and protect the knees. However they only come with 1 EA. So if you need 2, this gets pretty pricey. Also the stitching already came loose after one use and exposed the internal padding. They are still holding up but I can’t imagine they’ll last much longer.I use them for No gi BJJ

Excellent for aikido practice
I have only been practicing aikido for about six months and I still have issues with the ukemis (falls) since most of the time instead of falling straight to my shoulder I tend put the knee first. This let me two ugly round scars in both of my knees and my knees themselves were beginning to resent all the falls and all the weight (we also spend a lot of time practicing on our knees, there are several defense techniches thar are done in this position). One day that I was doing nothing but ukemis and could not stand the pain, my boyfriend lent me his (He falls great but he does have a congenital and quite serious knee problem, thus suwari waza and hamni handachi kill him)and I saw heavenThey fit very well, they don't slip but they're not so tight either, they are incredibly confortable and do not impede your movements at all but every time you fall or sit you appreciate them a lot. They also cover the knee cap as a whole and it is very good for people recovering from knee surgery (A friend of mine had a surgery three months ago, bought the caps after seeing mine and she's already practicing).Just a comment: Each package brings only one knee pad so be alert. I truly recommend to buy a pair since you will definitely have an equilibrium distortion when sitting and all your weight will fall over the unprotected knee.
