Floyd RoseFR Special Series Tremolo-Black (FRTS2000001)

I have ordered three of these now, and each of them has come without the locking nut, which I thought was part of the Floyd Rose retail packages. The latest appeared to have packaging where the NUT would have been located, but the plastic was torn and the nut was not included. Other than that issue, I have had no issues with these tremolos. The are relatively stable and operate smoothly.

I was already familiar with how to assemble the device. Installation went well, but the micro-tuner controls don't have the functionality of the OEM version that originally came with the guitar. The entire travel range for tuning is shorter on some of the micro-tuners, which makes one have to redo the tuning at the nut---much more inconvenient than the original OEM Floyd Rose vibrato.

Good sturdy Floyd Rose for the money. Comes with all the parts you need that go with a tremolo bridge.

I just got mine delivered in the mail and haven’t installed this product yet, but came close to returning it because the reviews were saying it doesn’t come with a nut even though the description says it does. However, FYI the nuts are different sizes for different guitars. Since I have a Strat, I would need a 42 mm. I called Floyd Rose about this and they said they usually sell them separately because of this.

Right out of the box, no locking nut in the box, and tremolo arm scratched badly. Listing states locking nut is supposed to be included. Do not recommend.
