Great item
Used this to color buttercream for a wedding cake and the color is perfect! Very concentrated color so it takes very little to get a nice deep, rich color and I love the squeeze/drop bottle. Much easier to use than the paste colors. I'm definitely switching from Wilton colors to Americolor.

Great color every time. No grainy look
I use Americolor almost exclusively for my cake decorating. I can control how strong or subtle the colors are. It has worked well with buttercream, came batter, royal icing, and fondant!
