These baking sheets were a bit more expansive than others but they are sturdy and easy to clean. (I use baking sheet paper most of the time.) I used them a few times so far and am happy with the quality. Yes, they warp during baking as other reviewers mentioned but it’s not so bad and they go back to flat when they are cooled off. My oven does not fit two of these at once. I should have measured my oven before I purchased this 2 sheet set. I also bought one size smaller and one of each size fit well together in my oven.

I'll first say I gave it five stars for the three months of durability it has endured. A LOT. These two pans quickly became my two favorite pans. I know some of you can relate to the anxiety of having to replace a beloved, but retired, piece of essential daily routine. I was nervous to replace my pans sight unseen, but I would order two more without hesitation. I did give it a less than perfect score for sturdiness, because it doesn't handle being off balanced very well. For instance, chopped sweet potatoes on one side and halved brussel sprouts on the other, do not do well split down the middle. When the pan gets hot and it's not balanced, it will warp. It will also warp if it's too heavy and you don't properly support it out of the oven, haha. (that was definitely user error, but maybe not a issue on a sturdier pan) I rarely mix and match my veggies when baking, so it's rarely an issue for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE these pans!!

This pair of Calphalon Baking Sheets are nothing short of phenomenal!!I purchased these because I inadvertently ruined a different brands pair of sheets we had for many years because I am a moron. LOL I cooked something on it and some substance baked into and stained the sheet. Because I am an absolute genius, I used an SOS/Brillo type of pad on a non-stick item when other, less harsh methods weren't working to clean it. You get the picture.These are great and my wife won't let me clean them. I totally understand why.She has baked a variety of items on these sheets and she barely needs a spatula to remove what she has cooked. She could remove the items by hand if they weren't so hot. They are wonderful sheets with easy removal of what you are going to bake or cook on them. They clean easily and look great. They are very durable and a perfect size for whatever you are going to use them for.While these are more expensive than other brands and sheets these are 100% worth the money. I definitely recommend purchasing these as you won't be disappointed. Unless you clean them with an SOS or Brillo type of pad. If you do, please know I can make room in my doghouse for you.

I got the 2-pack of these baking sheets to replace some battered pans that were at least a decade old. When I found these, I was delighted that they are dishwasher safe, and they seemed great at first. They are sturdy, and items baked on them turn out well. Cookies slide off nicely.My one complaint is that the outside rolled edges of the pan create channels that hold water. When I remove them from the dishwasher, stinky rusty water pours out, creating rust stains inside my dishwasher. I am surprised that the water gets so rusty in just a few hours, and I think this is a design flaw. They may technically be safe in the dishwasher, but when you take them out, it can make a big mess.These baking sheets weren't inexpensive, so I'm trying to work with them. Maxing out the dry cycle on the dishwasher doesn't help. I've attempted to pull the baking sheets out quickly and let them drip over the sink, but I clearly need to work on my technique because I just get gross rusty water on the floor and counters. Until I figure out the right maneuver, I'll wash the pans by hand.

Calphalon is the best quality. Period.

Nice baking sheets. This brand tends to make quality stuff. They are a tad thicker than most baking sheets. Good non- stick coating.

If you bake above 350F, do not purchase. I purchased the set of 2 based on the description that they are oven safe to 500F and won't warp. First time I used one of the pans was at 325F and it performed wonderfully, easy to clean and came out as flat as when it was put in the oven. The second time used was at 350F and it warped while in the oven, it did flatten back out at room temperature. Contacted Calphalon who assured me it shouldn't do that and they had me send the pans to them and sent me a new set. Baked with one of the new ones they sent and once again it warped while in the oven but flattened back out at room temperature. I again contacted Calphalon who again were very helpful and this time they sent me replacement set without requiring I return the other set. Once again I used one of the new pans and it also warped while in the oven and flattened out at room temperature. Calphalon customer service and lifetime warranty are great but the pan does not hold up to the description no matter how many times they replace them.
