I unrolled the rugs and left them flat for a week and they never flattened out. They still had ripples in them. Also the smaller one was not straight and it wasn't the fold, it was just made that way. However the return at UPS was easy once we got them rolled back up.

I love the feel and color of this rug. It is plush and the quality and color makes it look really expensive. It added an extra pop to the space and the color gives the room a warm and inviting feeling.

I purchased this rug group for my living room and hallway, The colors are vibrant but subtle overall and very attractive. They are certainly not as thick as a more expensive rug but a great value for the cost.

I was afraid to order a rug online, but decided to take the plunge in hopes that it was what I really wanted. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. I have looked at several stores for the right rug that would be perfect for my dining room, but have never found anything that I liked that fit my price. This was both and I didn't even need to fit it into my car to get it home. The colors are bright and look beautiful. I highly recommend this rug.

The small rug the small rug was twisted on arrival, the runner and big rug were fine. The large rug looks good, not that thick but it’s under a seldom used table so it’s fine for that. Runner is a bit short but it’s fine. I’ll keep this but wouldn’t buy it again but it was cheap.

This rug was a great value--looked around locally and comparable rugs were running 250-700 dollars!! I was a little worried about the quality and was highly highly suprised. The colors are beautiful, it's more vibrant than the picture shows, and once vacumed, lay out perfectly flat and looked great--dimentions are true to size. I would highly reccomend this rug, Im looking now to buy the matching runner!

We got this for us, but my cats think it's their play mat. It's been over two months and them using it as a nail scratcher isn't visible at all yet. Everybody is happy so far.

At first I thought it was very old fashioned in the pattern. But, everyone who come into the house (we have a lot of medical people looking after disabled husband ) all remark on how it would match any colour scheme.It hoovers up beautifully. Does not show dirt off our Labrador. In fact if you drop something on it, it takes ages to find it .Very pleased.

Fantastic rug, lovely colours, covers my whole dining room.

This rug has lovely colors, however the runner and smaller rug are very tiny. Make sure you check that the measurements are what you are looking for. I wanted the runner at the door, to dry the dogs' feet as they come in, and it's a little narrow for that.

Can't get the wrinkles out. Not real happy.
