I use 500g reels of leaded solder from China and was after a decent stand to hold those and this fits the bill perfectly. It's very simple but effective and I'd totally recommend it

Solid heavy spool holder weighing 746g which I was not expecting. Had a few spools around so got this to keep them all to hand when needed.

This comes flat packed, but is easy to assemble. It's nice and weighty, so it doesn't slide around the bench.
