Not a Complete Amino Product
The only really GOOD amino acid product was the NOW version two decades ago before they removed the effective ingredients. That one could replace SSRI's and I think when the drug companies complained they reformulated it. Nothing on the market is close to that original product. These were minimally useful and of no sustained effect. I cannot recommend them and tried them TWICE.
