PRO ELEC PELB1951 2 Gang Surge Protected Extension Lead White, 10m

Cheap and good

Good

I bought this PRO ELEC 2-gang surge protected extension lead to solve a very specific problem—getting safe power to my equipment across a room without relying on multiple short leads. This extension has been an absolute lifesaver, and the build quality has really impressed me. 🔌 What I Love About It: Generous 10m Length: The 10-metre cable is perfect for when outlets are in inconvenient spots. I use it in my home office, but it’s also ideal for DIY jobs, garage setups, or even garden use (under cover). Surge Protection: Having surge protection gives me peace of mind when plugging in computers, chargers, and other electronics—especially in older homes or when using extension cords for extended periods. Solid Build Quality: The extension lead feels sturdy and well-made. The cable is thick and durable, not the flimsy kind you sometimes get with longer leads. Compact 2-Gang Design: It’s simple, neat, and does the job without taking up unnecessary space. If you just need two outlets but want maximum reach and safety, this is perfect. Value for Money: For the length, protection, and reliability, I found this to be very fairly priced. It’s already paid for itself in convenience and peace of mind. ✅ Final Thoughts: If you need a long, durable extension lead with built-in surge protection, the PRO ELEC PELB1951 is a great choice. It’s been reliable for both my tech gear and household appliances. I’ll probably grab another for the shed! Highly recommended – simple, safe, and effective. 5 stars!

This 2-gang extension lead does exactly what it’s meant to do. It feels solid, the cable quality is good, and the sockets hold plugs firmly without any looseness. The built-in surge protection is a nice extra for running everyday electronics, and the power indicator is clear and useful. Cable length is ideal for short runs around a desk or TV setup. Two minor points: the cable is fairly stiff when new, and there’s no individual switch on the unit, so everything stays live unless unplugged. Neither affects performance. Overall, reliable, well made, and good value. I’d buy it again.

Its a no nonsense extension lead. Has worked perfectly well since it was bought
