Great product, sweet , it cuts your appetite, you eat less than what you are used to. I only take it twice a day.

The taste was amazing, and the potency of the ashwagandha was too. I have reordered two containers for the remainder of my prep. Highly recommend this to anyone.

I have been taking HARD for years off and on. I decided to try it in the powder about a month ago and it just wasn't for me. The flavor was not terrible but a lot of the supplement would go straight to the bottom and didn't really dissolve well. It was also more of a hassle to put it in a cup or shaker vs just taking a pill really quickly. I will continue taking in pill form!
