Purchased this shower panel as an alternative to an expensive plumbing installation in an expensive bathroom remodel. We could have paid many hundreds of dollars just to have 4 diverters installed in the wall which would also have limited our future flexibility. After reading about and seeing shower panels on the market, I purchased 3 separate panels. Here's why we chose this one after all our research: The size, build quality and features of this panel are superior to everything else we researched. This unit has 5 separate shower components - overhead rainshower head, two independent body sprays (each with more than one head), a hand sprayer and a lower faucet which functions like a faucet in a tub. And the best thing about these is that MULTIPLE settings work SIMULTANEOUSLY. There is a small reduction in water pressure but it is really remarkable that you can use a body spray and a hand spray at the same time with little discernible loss of water pressure. We replaced the plasticky feeling rainshower head with a heavier metal head, but that is an inexpensive and easy DIY add-on. Installation was pretty easy. My plumber (to whom I didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars to install diverters in the wall etc) suggested 2 cutoffs in the wall for the hot and cold water lines, which was a brilliant idea. I've been using this unit for about 2 months an absolutely love it. The thermostatic controls work exactly as planned, which is shocking in my home where it used to take 5 minutes for the hot water to reach my master bath shower. Nothing like turning off one or more shower heads while shaving, etc. Get one of these while the rest of the world figures out what a great alternative this is to hard-installed plumbing in a shower. Looks really classy and high-tech too.

It really is a love hate relationship. It looks great and has good pressure, however a week after installing the water would no longer adjust. It is either scalding hot or ice princess cold, no in between. And to make matters worse, no return and no one to call for help

I rarely write reviews but since there aren't any for this product yet I thought I would. First, I love the shower! I would give it 5 stars except for a few minor things. It performs awesome and seems really well built. However, it is not really as black as it appears in the pictures. It is more a very dark gunmetal grey, or a burnished stainless steel. I actually like the color better than solid black so I'm pretty happy with it. The second issue is that it arrived missing one piece, the nozzle that screws into the outlet end of the tub spout. When running water through the tub spout it shoots out horizontally instead of down. I emailed the seller so am hoping to get the missing piece sent. The third issue is that a lot of the fittings in back are plastic and were a little loose. I tightened everything up and made sure the washers were installed on all the fittings before I mounted it on the wall. It came with lots of extra washers so that wasn't a problem. Everything works great now but I wish all the fittings were metal. They seem pretty standard sizes though so if anything ever fails it should be an easy fix. Other than those items, the shower is awesome! I can run the rainfall showerhead and all 4 banks of the body sprays at the same time so it's a real luxury. My house water is off a well so we only have about 35psi but it's plenty of pressure. Buy this shower, you won't be disappointed!

This is a very nice shower unit. The main shower head is excellent.This is a great price.
