Everbuild Wood Preserver is a solvent-free, low odour solution based on micro-fine active technology. The fungicides and algaecides present in this formulation are finely dispersed so that wood penetration and hence effectiveness is much greater than standard wood preservation products. In addition, the use of ultra-lightfast pigments on the coloured variants gives an even, fade-resistant finish which will last for years. Everbuild Wood Preserver is fast-drying and non-flammable, and application to wet timbers is possible without loss of performance. Everbuild Wood Preserver is specifically designed to deeply penetrate all wood and joinery to give long-lasting protection from damage caused by wet rot, dry rot, decay and fungi. Use Everbuild Wood Preserver on interior or exterior, rough-sawn or planed timber such as floorboards, joists, roof timbers, window frames and doors. Everbuild Wood Preserver is an ideal pre-treatment which may be overpainted, varnished, or stained when dry (allow 48 hours drying time). For interior applications it may also be left as the final finish for a natural wood effect; however, when used externally, overpainting/staining is required, as this product does not repel water. Review: Good Quality Product - This is a great product. It is easy to apply and has a rich deep oak colour. The finish is matt, which is what I wanted. Other products tend to be satin. I have used the clear version before and it gave good wood protection against the elements. My paint brush was easy to clean afterwards. I would recommend this brand. Review: excellent, and does the job! - We painted the bench on a lovely sunny day and it dried really well. Then it rained hard in the night. It was a delight to see pools of water resting on the bench instead of soaking in as it had in the days before. Terrific product, looks good and easy to use.
