Great tool, easy to use and very effective.

Works as described. Heats up pretty fast. Obviously much cheaper than a polyvance. We’ll see how long it lasts. I don’t use it a whole lot.

I gotta say, I was skeptical when I bought it. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I fixed 2 interior automotive plastic panels very quickly. I only had to hold down trigger for about 4 seconds and wiggly staple melted right into plastic. Very strong repair.I'd say the only downside is the pliers included for cutting the wires, which is a freebie, so I can't deduct on that.I'd buy it again.

Useful tool with a quick learning curve. Wish I knew about this tool sooner to help prolong the life of some of my past broken plastic parts. Works much better than expected. The metal staples heat up very quickly (seconds), so you need to be careful not to push the staple through the other side, like I did on my first attempt.I gave it a four-star only because the kit was missing the knife and the clear carrying case came cracked (QC issues). Amazon boxed it well, so it must had been cracked before it was shipped.

I have a plastic welder with a tip that melts the plastic as you run across it. Used that one for making a repair on a kayak. This one was needed to sink the staples into a piece that broke off on a hedge trimmer throttle line to give it some rigidity. Worked perfectly to bond and strengthen the two little pieces together.

I used this for my 3D prints. Easy to use and works as expected

Works as intended and dirt cheap. Fixed my daughter’s bumper after another kid backed into her on campus while she was in class (no note of course). For $30 and and hour or so it’s good as new.

Best tool ever!!! It fixed my plastic rc front bumper that was cracked thanks highly recommended.
