Surface Laptop 4 13.5” Touch-Screen – Intel Core i7 - 32GB - 1TB Solid State Drive - Matte Black

I was cautious when I ordered this since the company were inconsistent, but when this arrived I was very impressed. The computer looks like new and seems to work perfectly. Specs were exactly as described. My company IT people said that it was an amazing deal. It was well packed and arrived on schedule. I have only used it for a day, but based on this I would highly recommend the seller.

The number of ports are limited. The camera can be improved. It would also be nice to have another camera on the cover like a Surface Pro since there is a chance to host a hybrid meeting nowadays. The screen bezel is wider than their competitors, but it is perfectly fine to me because it is still narrow enough. Although it is a 13.5", the screen appears to be bigger because of ratio aspect MS chose to use. I really like this extra screen space. The ice blue color is just so beautiful beyond words. The Alcantara keyboard is so comfortable and such a joy to type on. It is pretty too. I think the Surface Laptop 4 is an excellent choice for people who prefers a Windows platform.

I'm homebound for ~6 months with 2 broken ankles; the sporadic function of the Chromebook I had was driving me nuts trying to get anything done or keep myself entertained while stuck at home. Bought the Surface after my positive experiences with the one I am supplied with for work and now I am able to get stuff done all day without freeze-ups and rebooting every 12-24 hours. And the configuration options available were mind blowing...it took a bit to decide what it was I actually needed on the unit verses the cost of paying for ALL the options.

It's a great computer, but if you have the option to buy the surface 3 is cheaper and is exactly the same thing. The 4 doesn't have any noticeable different features other than a thicker screen. Being said. It works excellent, great keyboard, simple and classic design.

Loved my original surface pro and decided to buy a new one after many years of outstanding performance. This one has been a disappointment & I've had it 2 years now. While it functions well, the materials are inferior in quality to their original build. I love how lightweight it is, but would not go that route again. Lightweight = thin materials and the screen cracked within a couple months. Warranties do not replace cracked screens. It cracked simply from opening & closing the top - the lid is too thin and flexible. No point replacing as the same would happen again. Lettering on the keys are rubbing off - never had that happen on a computer before. Some of the keys are sticking as well and I've never spilled or dropped anything on them. Sadly, I'm considering a new laptop after only 2 years and won't be buying a surface pro again, especially since there are other touch screen options now. The current price is attractive, however. I paid over $2,400 in 2022.

It is fast as advertised, and color is brilliant. thin and slick, light weight, but, battery life is not anywhere near advertised. it drains down to almost 10-15% after 4 hours of continuous use. this is a big disappointment. Otherwise I would say this is one of the best.
