Great Upgraded Replacement
This was the perfect, upgraded replacement for our old Waterpik water flosser. It works better than the old unit with new features and multiple cleaning attachments. The size is the same as our previous unit, and has multiple attachment for a through cleaning and flossing for our oral health. It has a magnetic charging attachment, rather then a plug-in cord, with a USB plug. So far the unit charge has lasted 3 weeks before requiring re-charging. Even with the water storage full, the unit is not heavy and easy to handle and we found it quieter than the old waterpick. It come with a travel pouch and case for the attachments so taking it on travel will be easy. Overall, a great water flosser.

Convenient and powerful water flosser
This Waterpik is easy to use and makes my teeth feel much cleaner compared to regular flossing alone. The cordless design is very convenient, especially for smaller bathrooms or travel. It has good water pressure and helps clean around gums and hard-to-reach areas effectively. The battery lasts well between charges and the unit feels sturdy and high quality. Overall, it’s a great addition to my dental care routine and very easy to use daily.

Larger water tank would be desired.
Work reasonably well, so far. I immediately see the water tank should be larger. It empties quite rapidly on medium and needs to be refilled. For myself, requires a few fillings per session on medium . Obviously, the stronger the pulse, the quicker you will need to fill the tank. If you have shelf space in the bathroom, the console models would be better. It is functional, but somewhat disappointing because of the tank capacity. Price seems a bit high considering, but tariffs taking their toll?

Customer service is great! Love the product!
Update! I change to a 5 star. Love this water pick. First one I received would not hold a charge. Company sent me another one without a hassle. Customer service is tremendous!!! Love the product! Easy to use. Cleans great! Second product charges easily. Plenty of PSI to clean teeth. Better than flossing!

Excellent choice
I’m very satisfied with this Waterpik dental irrigator. From the very first uses, I noticed a big difference in the cleanliness of my teeth and gums. It’s easy to use, has great water pressure, and helps clean areas that a toothbrush can’t reach. The battery lasts a long time, and the design is comfortable and practical. I totally recommend it for anyone looking to improve their oral hygiene and enjoy a fresh, clean feeling every day.”

best water flosser
I’ve been using the **Waterpik Cordless Advanced 2.0 Water Flosser (WP-582)** and it has quickly become one of the most useful tools in my daily dental routine. If you struggle with traditional flossing or just want a more thorough clean, this device is absolutely worth considering. **First Impressions & Design** Right out of the box, the flosser feels well-built and thoughtfully designed. The sleek black finish looks modern, and the cordless design makes it very convenient to use anywhere. It’s lightweight, comfortable to hold, and the included **travel bag** makes it easy to pack for trips. Being **waterproof** is another big plus since you can safely use it in the shower without worrying about damage. **Performance & Cleaning Power** The water pressure is surprisingly strong for a cordless unit. It effectively removes food particles and plaque from areas that regular brushing and flossing often miss. After just a few uses, my teeth felt noticeably cleaner, and my gums seemed healthier. The **three pressure settings** allow you to adjust the intensity depending on your comfort level, which is especially helpful if you have sensitive gums. **Great for Braces & Dental Work** One of the standout features is how well it works around **braces, crowns, and tight spaces between teeth**. Traditional floss can be frustrating in those situations, but the Waterpik makes the process quick and easy. The **four included tips** give you flexibility depending on your dental needs. **Battery Life & Portability** The **rechargeable battery** lasts a long time on a single charge, which is perfect for travel. Since it’s cordless, you don’t have to worry about counter space or dealing with tangled cords. The compact size also makes it easy to store. **ADA Accepted** It’s reassuring to know the device is **ADA Accepted**, meaning it meets high standards for safety and effectiveness in improving oral health. **Final Thoughts** Overall, the Waterpik Cordless Advanced 2.0 is a fantastic investment in dental care. It’s powerful, portable, easy to use, and especially helpful for anyone with braces or difficulty using traditional floss. If you’re looking for a convenient way to improve your oral hygiene routine, this flosser delivers excellent results. **Pros:** * Powerful cleaning despite cordless design * Portable and travel-friendly with included bag * Waterproof and shower-safe * Multiple pressure settings * Includes four interchangeable tips * ADA Accepted

Disappointing 😕
My MySmile water flosser died on me and since I’ve owned Waterpik flosser and travel flosser in the past, I decided to try their cordless flosser. I felt it would be better since it’s a brand I know, have used, and has a good reputation. But I think I put too much on it, because it’s flawed really bad in my opinion. As others have stated the reservoir is a bit too small. It’s workable, and I’m sure weight was part of the consideration for the size. But the most disappointment came with the three mode levels, which are all the same. The high does not give anymore push or increase in the water between the teeth than the mid or low levels. They’re all operating the same. Power level is poor. It will push meat or whatever you have out, eventually, but plaque and tartar you can forget about it removing those. Like I said, I’m disappointed 😔. This one will be the one to last forever 😂.

Great product which saved me from major gum surgery, but.....It has one big flaw!
I purchased this advanced cordless model for two reasons: 1. I didn't want a big bulky unit with tubes and wires cluttering my bathroom 2. Needed a waterpik that could be used while travelling This is a truly fantastic product which ultimately sorted out my gum disease and prevented major gum surgery. My periodontist was so amazed when I saw him and did a double take when he read in the file that I had last seen him 6 months previously! He hardly had any work to do I have been using this since the beginning of October 2017 The first time I used it, it alternated between tickling my gums and feeling like there were needles attacking my mouth! I couldn't finish my whole mouth due to this and my gums were bleeding in a few places I was unprepared for the PULSING water as I assumed it was just a steady stream of water One needs to persevere, as your mouth needs to get used to the waterpik sensations. It took about a week to get used to it and during this time my gums still bled. Over time, the bleeding got less and less and eventually stopped altogether as did my swollen gums First Impressions It was bit bulkier than it looks in the pictures I had to start on the LOW setting as the water pressure is quite strong After a month, I have moved to MEDIUM and am now on HIGH Some reviews have mentioned that they feel that the pressure is not strong enough, but it seems that the measure is compared to the plug in model which is understandably more powerful Having said that, I don't think that I personally could handle more pressure as on occasion, if one points the nozzle incorrectly on the gums, it still can feel like needles on the gums but this is very rare (The pressure of this portable model is approximately 75psi) The little flap where you fill the reservoir doesn't seem to be too tight when you first use it, but it works like a charm and water doesn't leak out The buttons are well positioned and one doesn't push them by mistake At first, it was quite difficult to do the inside of my teeth, until I realised that the nozzle swivels, which made all the difference In terms of travelling, it is supplied with a grey plastic "blocker" which is inserted in place of the nozzle. This prevents residual water from leaking out It is quite difficult to empty ALL the water out of it, so when travelling, ensure that it is put in a Ziploc bag as there will be a small amount of water that will leak out I use dental floss before using the waterpik. There is no special reason for this, other than I am used to using dental floss anyway and feel that this assists in removing plaque from the sides of the teeth The reservoir holds a fair amount of water (I suppose that there has to be a balance between size and capacity) I fill up between 3 or 4 times during a session which is very easy to do Although there are third party generic hard cases available, it would be nice if Waterpik had a custom hard case as an option which would be larger at one end and narrower at the other end so as not to cause unnecessary bulk in your suitcase. A hard case is a necessity as otherwise the buttons will be pressed and the likelihood of the unit being cracked or broken when you take it out of your suitcase is quite high PROS Portable Efficient Wireless charging (more on that below) Does a fantastic job 3 pressure levels Ergonomic fit to your hand CONS No proper hard case Unintelligent battery - big issue Unable to empty it completely so a small amount of water leaks out when travelling BIG FLAW!!!! The reason for only four stars is that the battery is very old technology in that if you charge it for more than four hours, the battery overcharges and will no longer hold a charge which renders the Waterpik useless One would expect that with the technology available today, the battery shouldn't be a problem, but it is It is mentioned in the user manual, but it is not highlighted and the consequences are not explained Waterpik really need to address this issue as it has the potential to damage their reputation It is worth paying a few dollars extra not to have this issue To charge the unit, place the magnetic charger on the body near the bottom (the charger is magnetised and will automatically attach to the correct spot) and it starts charging, BUT you have to remember to remove the charger as soon as its charged (about four hours), which is not convenient at all CONCLUSION Despite the battery/charging issue, I think that this is a fantastic product but would ONLY recommend it if you are willing to put up with and manage the charging of it It would really be nice if Waterpik would comment and clarify the issue

Big improvements with Waterpik Cordless Advanced 2.0 Waterflosser
I am a long-time Waterpik Waterflosser user. This is the third or fourth cordless unit I have purchased, and prior to that I had a plug-in unit. My most recent cordless Waterpik Waterflosser survived so long I don’t even remember when I purchased it. I am a huge fan of Waterflossers because they are incredible at removing plaque, and daily use effectively replaces daily flossing with conventional string floss. My dental hygienist is thrilled I use my Waterflosser daily. Prior to using one, my teeth were prone to cavities, especially in between teeth. Straight out of the box, I see huge improvements with the Cordless Advanced 2.0 model: 🦷 USB charger 🦷 significantly longer battery life between charges (3-4 weeks instead of 1 week) 🦷 charges faster (fully charged within 8 hours instead of 12-24) 🦷 magnetic charger eliminates the need to plug anything directly into the unit when charging the battery 🦷 travel bag included 🦷 travel plug included to prevent any water leaks while traveling — love this!! 🦷 4 different types of water flosser tips included - storage case for water flosser tips included If you want your dental cleanings and check-ups to be faster and easier, a Waterpik Waterflosser is the way to go. Also great for people with orthodontic braces, crowns, or any other permanent dental work. Takes a bit of getting used to if you’ve never used one before, but totally worth the effort because it leaves your mouth feeling super clean. ————— UPDATE: My Waterpik Waterflosser stopped charging two weeks ago. I will be contacting the seller for a resolution to this issue. It was working well up to that point.

the button does not turn on
I bought this very expensive waterpik in the UK and it no longer works, it apparently charges but it doesn't turn on, there is no circuit map to repair it. Very disappointed with the waterpik.
