This water fountain needs to be connected to a water line and is not made to be used with any liquid other than water.

Can the temp be lowered and does it have a refill connection for the freon?

the temp is adjustable within a range based on the type of thermostat installed. don't recall if there was a service port for Freon, typically there is not as epa regulations govern Freon sales and handling. However, there is a clamp on piercing valve available that can be placed on the line set as a service tap.

Missing parts as per installation manual provided.

There was water filter Bracket filter from Elkay can't be mounted missing so I had but separate filtration system for client. But in the the instructional manual shows the bracket in Fig. 9 actual part missing.
